Carbon Assessment.
Prepared for supplier-side emissions reporting, tender responses, customer requests and AASB S2-related supply chain data requests.
Prepared for supplier-side emissions reporting, tender responses, customer requests and AASB S2-related supply chain data requests.
This is a shortened public-facing sample. Final client reports include client-specific data coverage, assumptions, calculation notes and supporting schedules that are not reproduced in this website preview.
This sample assessment shows how Less Carbon presents a supplier's Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions position in a clear, standardised format. It is designed to support practical responses to customer, tender, lender and reporting entity requests.
This assessment gives a customer or reporting entity a consistent supplier emissions profile for the period stated.
It is not a statutory audit, full assurance engagement, product LCA or Scope 3 inventory unless expressly stated in the final report.
Website sample note: The final issued report contains more detail than this preview, including source-by-source assumptions, data coverage and calculation notes. Those working sections are intentionally abbreviated here.
The assessment covers the entity, sites and activity data made available through the Less Carbon intake and document submission process.
| Item | Sample detail |

The final client report identifies the reporting period, operational boundary, included sites, relevant exclusions and any data coverage limitations.
For this public sample, detailed site-by-site and activity-level schedules have been withheld.

The full issued report includes category-level notes explaining how each source was treated, what records were used and whether any activity data was incomplete, excluded or normalised.
The output is intended to give customers and reporting entities a consistent supplier emissions profile without requiring the supplier to build a full carbon reporting function internally.
This assessment has been prepared using client-submitted activity data and supporting records. Greenhouse gas emissions are assessed on a Scope 1 and Scope 2 basis with reference to the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and applicable Australian emissions factors and guidance relevant to AASB S2-related reporting.
This document does not constitute financial audit, statutory assurance or independent verification unless expressly stated otherwise. Results are based on the information and supporting records made available by the client for the reporting period.
Where records are incomplete, unavailable or only partly available, the final report notes the relevant assumption, exclusion or limitation.
| Source area | Sample description |
|---|---|
| Stationary fuel | Assessed where fuel consumption records are provided for included sites and activities. |
| Mobile fuel | Assessed using fuel cards, invoices or operational fleet records submitted for the period. |
| Purchased electricity | Assessed using electricity consumption records for included sites and the stated reporting period. |
| Fugitive emissions | Assessed where refrigerant servicing, top-up or loss records are available. |
The issued Less Carbon package includes the assessment report and related Supplier Emissions Certificate. The certificate can be checked through the Less Carbon registry using the certificate number or QR code.
This sample QR visual is illustrative only. A final certificate links to a registry status page for verification.
No live certificate, supplier record or registry entry is created by this sample.
Customer-facing disclosure: Public registry results are deliberately limited. Further disclosure of supplier information is controlled through the supplier and the relevant engagement terms.
The full report may include a site register, activity data coverage summary and business profile. These appendices are represented only at a high level in this public sample.
